Warehousing & Transportation Responsibilities 

 

• Establish company routes concentrating on Clients / Customer service.

• Ensure to dispatch all company drivers.

• Ensure to receive all phone calls from drivers any hour in day.

• Ensure to track routes to assure on time deliveries to enterprise Clients / Customers.

• Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of driver log books, trip reports and invoices.

• Record accurately Vehicles mileages essential for fuel tax monthly and reporting.

• Handle Clients / Customers concerns and direct problems to suitable parties.

• Prepare schedule for external backhauls as well as review external backhaul prospects.

• Record driver concerns along with policy violations and direct main issues to the company.

• Ensure to address safety of the goods / items and workers.

• Support clients to grow their business by transport Goods / items safely and deliver on time.

• Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedures.

• Handling of cash (C.O.D) for clients carefully and pass it to the right person in charge.

• Ensure to provide the best service to our clients and customer.

• Ensure to be Responsible for Clients/ Customer Goods or items which handed over to us for Delivery.

• We Provide Storage, Warehousing service, store Asst and packing items for our clients and customers.

• We will handle the Goods with care and responsible for Clients Goods.

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

• Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.

• Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.

• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

• Provides quality service by following organization standards.

• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Completes reports by entering required information.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
